Snorkeling in one of Gozo’s famous bays or on the island of Comino offers a unique experience. Participants receive detailed instruction in snorkeling techniques. The program includes an introduction to freediving. Photographs of the experience are provided at no extra charge. Observation of Mediterranean marine life is at the heart of this activity. Organized in small groups, this excursion is designed to enable the whole family to learn to snorkel with professionals. The course begins with an introduction to the diversity of marine life on the Maltese islands, using a fish identification book. Participants also learn best practices for snorkeling and free diving, as well as essential safety rules.
